How to get Instinct/Observation Haki V2! (Blox Fruits Update 17 Part 3)

In this video, I show you how to get Observation Haki or Instinct V2 in ROBLOX Blox Fruits.
You will need Level 1850+ and you have to have completed the Citizen Quest. In addition to this, you need 5000 exp on Instinct/Observation, which will cost $5,000,000.
If the Citizen tells you that "the town is safer now", that means you need to find a dark chest, which I forgot to mention in the video. I will update the description later with a video of where this chest is.
If he tells you that the "town is in danger", you haven't completed the citizen's quest.

Man I’ve server hopped so many times will and the apple still wasn’t there..all I needed was the apple and I already had pineapple and banana and was SOOO excited to get instinct v2 then realized it took forever for the apple to spawn..:/
