You guys never mention John Entwistle, one of the greatest bass players of all time.

People wearing flowers, signs that just say "love" over and over. You never see signs that just say "love" anymore...And I agree with many posters, "Love, Reign O'er Me" is a great choice for your next Who.

Old Who is just as good as their newer music. Love to hear TheMagic Bus from their Live at Leeds album.

"Love Reign O'er Me" is the most important Who song that you have missed. THANK YOU!

The Who’s performance of “See Me, Feel Me” live at Woodstock 1969 is seriously one of the greatest moments of rock history. It’s my favorite song by them and it’s a religious experience. It truly defines the generation. That would be my recommendation.

Thank god I discovered this song when I was a new, young drummer in the mid 70’s. It taught me I didn’t need to just keep a static 2/4 beat to be effective.

Thank you for everything Keith Moon!

I've been a around from Little Richard to Taylor Swift. This song has always been one of my favorites!

The Who's "I Can See For Miles" peaked @ #9 in 1967 and strange as it may seem, it was the group's ONLY Billboard Hot 100 single to peak in the Top 10. Between 1965 ("I Can't Explain") to 1982/83 ("Eminence Front"), The Who charted 26 singles on the Hot 100. The runners up: 2) "See Me, Feel Me" (#12/1970), 3) "Who Are You" (#14, 1978), 4) "Won't Get Fooled Again" (#15/1971) & 5) "Squeeze Box" (#16/1975).

The Who's only Top Ten American hit. Keith Moon's drumming is sensational. This is the song that inspired the Beatles to try a heavier, louder sound with "Helter Skelter."

A drumming masterpiece. KM was brilliant, aggressive and creative. So essential to the sound of The Who in this era!!! Always loved this song.

This still sounds as good as it did 56 years ago.

Now you're talking, that's real music, it was almost shocking in the aggressive tone when first released, bought the single right away. I saw this live, Roger spitting out the lyrics and the band putting the hammer down. For more of that era of the WHO, try Amazing Journey into Sparks from Tommy, it is a masterpiece in studio and is all powerful live in 1969 - 1970. Enjoy! 🎵🎸🎤🎶

Awesome. This is from the era of The Who that I love the most. They were so good and original back then and have a ton of cool songs from then. "Boris The Spider", "Tattoo", "I'm A Boy", "Substitute", "Doctor Doctor", "Bucket T.", and "Pictures Of Lilly". Too many more to list. Keep them coming guys.

You guys STILL have not heard anything from their brilliant and legendary Live at Leeds. Until you hear the My Generation jam from it, you really have not heard the WHO at their full power and glory live mode. You want the best live ROCK then listen to that, it will give you a new perspective on how great they really were. 🎸

You both need to listen to The Real Me. Great bass playing from John Entwistle. One of the greatest rock bass players of all time.

If you want a deep cut from this era of the Who, try "Relay." "Pictures of Lily" is also a fun one, from setup through to punchline. "Magic Bus, " meanwhile, is immaculate.
