A helpful repair video from Austin for sure, but it doesn't address the root problem. My wheel axles get bent every single time I fly. I wish Patagonia would realize the whole wheel axle design is flawed and inherently weak by design. Redesign an expedition-grade wheel housing that also braces the axle at the outside of the wheel, not just the inside. This is how your better competitors solve the problem. Then offer us a way to replace the whole housing.

Are all the wheeled duffles included a spare axle ? I have purchased mine a few years back and in 1 trip was bent .

Sorry but not really true what you said about your "warranty" at least in my experience. I contacted Patagonia for a broken strap (something easy to repair) in an expensive rolling backpack...and they basically told me they could not do anything for me because the backpack is old and they don´t have a replacement....for a regular black strap that can also be repaired. Not buying Patagonia again.
