Normal people: "Let's not over-complicate things"
Tal: "Let's not over-simplify things"

Tal's complicated tactics also applies to his health apparently. "Hot coffee for your cold?" "Nah I'll just have a smoke"

It's happy for us, that Tal was born into this world now! He seems to have had as great a life as the games he played for him -- to get the friendship and admiration of the likes of Bobby Fischer for example too. Thanks, great game!

Watching Tal games on YouTube is why I got into chess. This is great content. 👏

I love being born on the same day as Mikhail Tal cause there's always an agadmator video showing a great game played by the magician! :) thanks agad

You gotta give Philip Norman Wallis credit. It takes serious balls playing a line like this against Tal. Also, 13:00, remember, if you lose a piece and win, it's a "sacrifice." It's only a "blunder" if you lose. 😁😁

Tal's games are so complicated, it just a pain for ones mind to get away from it. True magician.

Tal had a cold and won. Tal had real health issues and still excelled in chess. On 28 May 1992, at the Moscow blitz tournament (which he left the hospital to play), he defeated Kasparov. He died one month later. Knowing this shows that Tal was an exceptional human being not only one of the greatest chess players in history. He was also very well respected and loved among his peers. Much Respect ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

I remember a line Agad said in one of Tals video that makes me laugh every time i see any of his games:

"...Tal is up a piece and this is probably haunting him"

ahahahahaha

Greetings from Brazil!

The complexity of this game is just next level. I don't remember the last time I had to keep in mind so many possible attack formations to not get checkmated and beeing defended so well! Most time it's just a horrific attack that stands out in a game or maybe a good recovery. But spectacular attacks and defence together, this was like the final moments of a big/intense final football match.

I'm a simple man: whenever I see a Tal game it's an instant watch cause I know it's going to be crazy.

Tal's games NEVER cease to amaze me. It's some of those games that are just so admirable, so awe inspiring to see. Glad to see this one, don't recall seeing it before.

Paused the game to put my hoodie on! I felt the community right there with me!

I love how even his blunders can be construed as a sacrifice

Tal - What is a immortal game ?

Someone- When you win a game after sacrificing your pieces especially the queen.

Tal - Say no More.

Thank you for covering Tal's games extensively Sir. His games are an inspiration to attacking chess players.

It's mind blowing when you consider Paul Morphy did the same thing over a hundred years earlier, but blindfolded! He sat in an armchair in the Café La Regence in Paris, while in the room next door dozens of the best players in Europe tried their best to defeat him and none could.

Thank you for Tal game and happy birthday Misha. It would be fantastic if we can have a Tal game once a month
