Technical glitches itna bada hua hey ye bohot bada issue hey kyunki investor ko units balance dikha raha tha tabi ushne bechne ki koshish ki hey or ho becha nahi ja raha to ho sakshs ko to pata hi nahi hey na ki ushka payment deduct nahi hua hey ye mutual fund ki responsibility banti hey ki jinka. Amount deduct nahi hua to ushki customer ko notify karna chahiye or agar customer payment nahi karta hey to unko unit nahi dena chahiye

Groww customer care? Don't expect anything from Groww customer support. If you are investing in groww, make sure that you will have to handle everything alone as Groww customer support only knows how to create tickets and closed them without resolving

Common sense when ur investing from app to mutual fund after allocation or cut from SIP you will get mail from parent company where u have invested don't fall in these traps

Sorry bro your statement is purely biased to grow. As per bse statement it’s fine, the amount is not deducted but the unit are showing for 4 years in customer account, It’s a clear case of technical glitch from grow app. How it’s safe to invest through grow app.

Any Mutual Fund Institutions are Regulated with a closed Eye by SECURITY EXCHANGE BOARD OF India to ensure there will be no fraud.

Kate nahi is not enough, refund ho gaye kat ke is also not enough, If The customer has suffered a loss due to their trchnical glitch Groww would ideally be liable for all the interest and gains lost by them over years.

Groww should sue that person for fraud.

If Groww had done fraud in 2020, what that person was doing for 4 years. Isn't it the responsibility of the investor to verify their investments periodically?
