Being a groww customer, I often contact the groww customer care support, in that case a complaint no. is always issued over which further correspondence continues as long the issue gets solved. I must appreciate their promptness in addressing any issues with optimum sincerity, calls have also been made in few occasions from groww cc support and resolved as usual but untill now there was no such safty caution heard of, it a terrific concern, though I have never seen any BLUE TICK as a verified sign till date as mentioned in this video.
To ensure the groww customers safety if another video kindly be made regarding how the customer rightly contact the authehtic 'groww customer care support'
Hopefully the scammers do not get through the secure pass word.
