2. Never borrow to invest
3. Analyze past performances and exit loads and expense ratio

Skipping SIP also means that fund houses will not get enough funds to invest. Last 4 years FII has been selling but the market rising bcoz DII buying since the inflow of SIP now around 20k crore per month.
