My friends and I started watching your channel a few months ago and we all are 18-19. Alot of us have our ROTH IRAs established and are working on maxing them out as well as starting our credit line

A career which gives you a little bit of time and work-life balance costs you financial independence because it'll be low paying. Tough choices to make. Keep in mind, investing provides a jumpstart to financial freedom. At 34, I already have a $6m portfolio.

One aspect on the 529 you missed…you can now convert unused funds into a Roth IRA if the account has been opened for at least 15 years👍

I will forward your video to my buddy who just turned 30. He’ll find this super helpful. (I’m now in my early 50s, and looking back at my lifestyle, what you said is all true). Thanks for the insights.

Great video! Nothing better than a measurable matrix for your financial progress. And this is the first time I hear someone touched on estate planning so early in life. So glad to hear I wasn't crazy after all when I got this off my checklist :).

Really connected with your video! It's an important time to lock down those financial habits. A big game-changer for me was zeroing in on debt repayment—especially high-interest debt. Knocking those out not only frees up more cash for saving and investing but also significantly lowers stress. Plus, embracing a more minimalist lifestyle helped me prioritize spending on what truly matters, reducing impulse buys and beefing up my savings. It’s all about making smart choices now to enjoy more freedom later. Your video's a great reminder of that. Keep up the awesome work!

Awesome! I’ve been following your plans and I bought my first home by myself last year! Now am working to save up 3 x salary. (Pretty on track)
Every now and then I come back and binge watch all your video! I totally agree with all your points.
As the saying goes “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail”.
Keep up the good work Humphrey! If I ever meet you in my lifetime first rounds on me 🎉

Great topic! As a 48y old, I would highly recommend what you stated. I wish I was more financially conscious earlier in life and strength training is so important as you get older.

Thanks Humphrey! Great video.

We are 33 and do not have children but I have had estate planning on my mind lately as something to start doing. My husband feels it is too early/not a priority, but since we purchased a home and have started to accumulate wealth, it bothers me that we don't have a plan if the unspeakable were to happen.

I also need to start working out. :( Thanks for the reminder. lol!

Great video! I turn 30 in a few months and have been rebuilding my savings/retirement accounts that were on track to $80K by 30 .. until Covid hit. Only in the last year have I really picked up my pace again and have a rental property making good cash flow and solid appreciation. Looking forward to more of your videos!
