How NOT to get false wiped or banned from Hypixel SkyBlock

Hypixel SkyBlock lately has had a botting and duping problem, and these cheaters have been selling coins online for REAL money, getting themselves and tens of thousands of innocent players banned. In main lobbies there’re are multiple bots that spam party you for “giveaways” and it’s really annoying. They spam their discord and they need to get banned

I feel like all of this just creates an overwhelming sense of fear within the community. You shouldn't have to sit there and think long and hard about whether or not you're at risk. When hearing about ban waves, you should be able to easily say "I'll be ok, I've done nothing wrong" (assuming you are innocent, of course). The fact that people have to constantly be on guard and fear for losing their progress is not healthy for any gaming community. For instance, if I see a player in a grind that I once suffered through and I want to help them out by giving them a free gift, why should I be afraid of getting wiped/banned for that? Maybe it's just me, but I don't think you should get punished for just trying to help someone. I feel like the way the admins need to be careful about how they do this, or else they could end up hurting the community.

You know this is a serious problem when it's your responsibility to not get falsebanned rather than the system's. Jeez I can only imagine how complicated it is lol.

But is that normal? Is it supposed to be like that? Why do innocent players have to go out of their way to simply play the game? Why do players have to live in fear of getting banned?

Hypixel's management wasn't prepared to such increase in sky blocks popularity. They are simply unable to deal with all the problems that keep coming out, which is very sad.

Here is also 1 thing that could happen. Usually some irl trader troll people by overpaying on some stuff, if your auction gets an overpay bid immediately DM a helper or a staff member about it to make sure he/she is not an irl trader trying to get you banned.

I was on a coop with my friend like a month ago. One day I got online, and he said he got 10 mil from farming zealots. It was strange because we had just gotten access to the end, and we couldn’t one shot. A few days later the coop was wiped, and my friend was banned for boosting. I’m glad i didn’t get banned at least

So Me and 3 other friends got banned for “boosting.” we built sugar cane farms for money. some things that triggered it is that my friends let me borrow their sup and e drag pet to do revs, but i’d always end up returning it. I still see people building farms but not getting banned for it. My 5th friend, who didn’t get banned, decided to quit, but he wanted to test the irl trade system so he did end up irl trading 60mil worth of coins. It has been 2 months. He has not gotten banned. It just doesn’t make sense...

if iam in a lobby with some1 anocing a giveaway and some1 reacting with like: how can i enter the giveaway?
than i always tell them that this is forbidden and they could get banned for it. thats how the community should work that ppl help each other and not to try to get other fals band just for fun.

Coincidentally I delt with a "giveaway" yesterday and turned out to be a irl-trading discord. Thank you for the video! It's very helpful and informative.
