Exporting LUTs from DaVinci Resolve for Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras

- Once you've corrected your clip, right click that clip and go to "Generate LUT".
- Be sure to choose the 33-point cube because the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras cannot ingest a 65 point cube.
- Click 33-point cube and then give your LUT a name.
- Of course, I'm going to name mine Moonchild for obvious reasons.
- Strike enter and the LUT is saved.
- I like to go to the folder and clean up the name of the LUT.
- Blackmagic adds a lot of information to help you know which Moonchild file it is.
- We're just going to call it Moonchild, plain and simple.
- Load this onto an SD card and you can pop it on to your Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera.

I followed the exact same steps but when I preview it in camera all I see is a blank screen. Guess it's not working. Anyone can tell me why ?

Would I include the colorspace transform node in the LUT, to get it from BRAW to rec.709? I'd like have a LUT that I can use for livestreaming. Or does the camera automatically convert to rec.709 after the loaded lut? I'm trying to wrap my head around all of this... Thanks!

Why does NOONE ever tell you how to display the thumbnails in the first place?! Resolve is not intuitive on how to do this at all!

I have tried following this, and it says that the import of the LUT failed and that I should check thee file, whatever that means. I have no clue as to why it isn't working.

When would you ever use a 65 point cube LUT?
