Chris Bumstead is ready to win Mr. Olympia 2024 and has started his prep with a new freaky chest workout. He begins with flat dumbbell press, doing 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps. You'll rarely see CBUM doing flat bench, but sometimes he does and prefers dumbbells over barbells.

Next, he does decline chest press, doing 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps. His goal is to target every muscle to start getting in shape for Mr. Olympia.

Then, he does the best chest growth exercise, incline chest press, doing 2 sets to failure. The weights should be neither too heavy nor too light, aiming for maximum reps.

After that, he does incline cable flys, doing 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps. This exercise focuses on isolation, so make sure to stretch and squeeze your pecs as much as possible. Then, he does 2 sets of flat bench dumbbell flys for an extra pump.

He finishes the workout with some triceps movements like overhead triceps extensions, skull crushers, and straight bar pushdowns. This workout is suitable for most amateur lifters, so give it a try!

For those people who dont have gym:
Standard push ups 2 sets to failure
Decline push ups 2 sets to failure
Wide grip push ups 2 sets to failure
For triceps
Dips 2 sets to failure
Diamond push ups 2 sets to failure
Tricep extensions 2 sets to failure

Go into failure to promote muscle growth, and go on strict form with the negatives to gain strength I personally do this as a beginner to build a solid foundation

I love starting with incline flies. Great for shoulder warm up before loading and gives a great pre pump through the muscle without fatiguing
