One thing I'm curious about is the Minecraft demonstration.
How does it work exactly? Does it hook directly to the game itself, or is it just looking for things in the window itself like a makeshift OCR or reverse image search?

Because the former implies an entire API that can be integrated with this thing. And that's exciting. Microsoft has recently moved to making things open source, so it's likely that's going to be made public soon. Which opens up a whole new realm of possibilities.

Recall reminds me of the cut feature in the photos app, where it would tag objects in your photos library, entirely offline, and let you search through those tags. Those are the kinds of features I love. Only when they're offline though.
