1.8 kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3 tbsp tomato puree
4 garlic cloves, minced
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp onion granules
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground Berbere
1/2 tsp Turkish chilli flakes
1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
3 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
8 tbsp olive oil

I am impressed! I was just shopping for the rotisserie and found your video, I'm going to buy based on this. And your recipe looks great. I have a 560 and found that you can take that other long spit and cut it down so you have two spits...not sure that is useful, but does add options if you are not buying the larger grill. Maybe buy some extra forks and do a back to back grill with rotisserie. Great job!

Does doing a rotisserie chicken/prime rib taste any diff to a normal smoked one? Seems a bit of a gimik. Hope I’m wrong.
