6. Use a semi pronated or neutral grip, to help with number 5, avoiding unnecessary elbow flare.

I’d be interested to know your opinion on supersets for certain chest exercises, or is it better to just focus on reps to failure for this particular muscle group?

I can confirm I used code maxe and got 46% off on my protein and a week later i was finally able to bench 225 NOT ONLY did i finally make it to 225 I got 3 reps out of it (NGL that last one was a GRIND homie but a win is a win and we count those.

Could you describe why you it’s good to sit when you can? I’m guessing it gives you getting muscle activation and isolation but could you describe it? I like to know cause it helps me incorporate info like this in my other lifts but otherwise amazing video I loved it and learned a lot
