Organic Ital Vegan Food

Peter Ice (Irie Shack Head chef) and Iffy Harris proprietor of Irie Shack travelled out to Jamaica to find the best street food. Here we have ital vegan food from a road side stall in Negril Jamaica. Cooking with no salt or sugar, no artificial flavourings or seasonings just pure natural ingredients especially coconut milk and pure organic vegetables.

It all looks great but there is soy sauce which is a form of salt and TVP also contains salt. Why are you using TVP? It's a processed food so not Ital surely, please forgive me if I'm wrong?
