[Synopsis]

In this video, I am addressing a problem I was having with this device. One of the problems I was having with this video capture device was with the USB cable.

The problems I was having was a USB disconnecting sound, and the video signal going out intermittently. After I replaced the USB 3.0 to USB 3.0 cable, I didn't have this problem. The quality of the cable that came with this video capture device wasn't that good.
