Or have we just blindly accepted what we have been taught over the years based on the interpretations of man's views of the scriptures that have been passed down through the generations? My very first Sabbath and already have been placed in a shopping situation with my Adult Granddaughter. I've given in to her on different things, yet when she says "Gran, you've been non practicing for 65 years, I'm sure Yahway isn't going to have an issue for a couple more days". I tried to tell her that now I'm aware, I have knowledge of the difference now, so if I just give in to another's pressure that easy, what does God really mean to me? I Love God, I respect God, I'm not willing to budge on this....even to make her "christmas" shopping easier for her. Yes, many will not understand, yet they have emulated most of my behaviors in learning and standing strong when my Beliefs of anything have been challenged. I Pray they will find that this is important to my very life. Thank You All for walking this walk, and generously teaching me and others about Truth, and Sacrifice. Oh, been off of pork and Shellfish for many months now. Yeshua is so worthy of much more than I can do to Worship Him! Shalom...

I live in a nursing home and am the only messanic here. So here I worship and keep the holidays. On Purim we had a brunch and I taught the story of Purim by using puppets I made. And Sukkott I had the maintenance man hang up a canopy for me and decorated with lots of homemade things I made including a paperchain to remind all of God breaking the chain of bondage. This year I'm making music notes black construction paper and paperdolls to show how we should all love each other. And of course lots of harvest times stuff. Thanksgiving decorations work great. Last year a Aid who works here made me a shag of autumn lights with lots of flowers. Love how this nursing home helps me keep our Holidays even if I am the only one. What a great witnessing tool.

Unfortunately, my occupation is an over the road truck driver. I'm a Messianic Believer in Yeshua Ha'Mashiach.
Also, Unfortunately I work in America. People want their stuff. And because they want their stuff Now, I have to work Sabbaths and many Set-Aside Days proclaimed by The Torah. I ask for prayer to continue to attempt to be safe as I travel throughout this nation.

5 YEARS AGO !? I was really enjoying this teaching on the Shabbat. This guy gets the Scriptures and explains it smoothly, so it makes understandable and not anyone can teach like this, it's a gift from YAWEH. It's hard for me to retain any kind of information. I suffered head trauma from a motorcycle and truck accidents, separate times, but I'm really enjoying this video on the Lord's Sabbath. Very grateful. I didn't realize this was 5 years ago ! Lol..The Lord's Word is always fire to light up the soul and each time it rekindles the flame within our spirit.

Yah blessed me with a job, had to work some hours Friday nights but I worked hard amd was able to get my time adjusted twice. Now im off every Friday by 415 and i don't have to worry. I dont do the easy Saturday overtime though, and anything that's mandatory has been made known my beliefs and I am blessed they honor that. Open up Sunday overtime? I'm there
