AA batteries (Ni-MH vs Lithium, 1.2V vs 3.7V)

I have two questions:
1. Can I use combination of 1800 mAh and 2400 mAh rechargable battaries in my apple magic mouse. Both are 1.2v. does mAh rating will create any issue in d mouse ??
2. My other AA rechargable battaries are showing amperes in the range of 200-300 mAh when checked in multimeter ( these are actually supposed to supply atleast 1800 mAh). Are these batteries dead ?

Why use 1.2v AA instead of popular 1.5v AA? What is the advantage of 1.2v AA?

Did you purchased that "AA" lithium ion battery or harvested from somewhere else?
I need those if I can harvest it from any source like laptop/any battery pack etc...

Is it dangerous to wear battery packs near your brain when wearing a
headlamp? is there any type of magnetism or something that could affect
your brain in any way? I have a headlamp with two 3.7v batterys right
in the back of my head. What say you?
