Start from the top left and work your way down and over to the right.
When you get to the bottom, pull the cords to raise the blinds.
Dust the window ledges and window sill.
Lower the blinds.
Reverse the blinds
Start at the lower right and work your way up and over to the left.
BAM! That was easy.
