I followed ur instructions, but still I dont see the option of Save as template under Site Actions
DenyAddAndCustomizePages is disabled

This video has some useful ideas but as a whole I'm not sure if this really works. It's been over a year since this video came out & there isn't a link to the second part in the description yet. I also tried finding it on your page and didn't see it. In addition, modern sites seem to have issues with this process. Is there something missing?
