There's a whole story behind the filet-o-fish. Created by a franchise owner for catholic people abstaining from red meat during lent, it was a hit. And when McDonald's asked him for the recipe but he said he'd only give it to them if they put it in writing to make it EXACTLY how he makes it (i.e. - wild caught fish only, certain type of bun, etc.). Literally the only thing I will eat from a McDonald's menu. Lol.

When I saw Kev's face after he went in for a 2nd bite....I could see him cooking up a "I ain't go'n hold ya..." 🤣 [And as a lapsed Catholic, I always knew it was Lent when Filet-o-Fish was on special on Fridays.]
