The steamed bun is so perfect each time, coupled with the tartar sauce and texture of the pattie. I have asked them to use that steamed bun on a quarter pounder with cheese and it was pretty darn good. Changed the entire texture of that burger.

As a BugerFi employee who likes fishing 🎣 and is taking a fisheries class, I could imagine how delicious fried fish fillet, particularly haddock, cod or even locally sourced species like Mahi-Mahi, Snapper, or even Snook in the case of South Florida in a our unique BFi setup with our specialty Fi sauce and buns. Or any of the same fried fillet species but with our all natural french fries 🍟 cut directly from REAL POTATOES GROWN IN IDAHO. BurgerFi is known for creating spanking new unique recipes. Our Rodeo Burger, Chicken wings, Yes Chef, and now Prime Rib Burger are greatest selling specialties. It definitely doesn't hurt for BurgerFi to try at all. It will literally keep our sales afloat (no pun intended.)
