Malcom, I did this recipe this past weekend on my BGE. It worked great! The only deviation was that I put just a little brown sugar in the mixture in the pan. the end product was delicious!

Our local grocery has priced brisket beyond insane. Prime rib is cheaper! Chuck roast is about the only option around here. Thanks.
