I’ve been on fruit and animal protein diet for 5 years now due to health reasons. I am intolerant to all other foods. I feel great. My labs are great. No blood sugar problems, lipid panel is perfect. Liver looks like never used, as my MD said. Many other health issues solved. No build up in arteries.
I am 49 and people think I am in my 30is. I tried both only fruitarian and carnivore. None of them was sustainable for me. Always felt something was missing. Not on this diet.

In my lifetime I’ve went from eating the regular American diet, to vegan, back to the American diet, to keto with veggies but no fruit. And now I’m at the point where I’m pretty sure the diet I should be eating is meat and fruit. Logically it just makes more sense to give your body the best forms of fuel (fruit+fats) and building blocks (animal proteins) that it needs. But it took me eating all those other diets thru the years to arrive at that revelation.

Started carnivore in January, it's not real sustainable for me so I naturally added some fruit. Then Summertime HEAT hit and I crave more fruit than meat. I'm so glad to have found this video to help me feel like it's a good thing.

I do meat for breakfast and dinner. Fruits are my lunch. Love it! Feel so much better.

Absolute best diet I’ve tried fruitsrian and carnivore felt bad on both and when u mix them u feel amazing. I also found doing organic or home made bread is okay every once in a while. There’s a lot of flexibility with this diet and it’s the best of both worlds

I’ve incorporated tropical fruits only in the morning and starting at 1pm it’s straight up eggs, butter and meat since they give me no issue, plus my ancestors are from west and east Africa so that’s what they would’ve been eating.

I am so happy to find this video!!! I am on the carnivore diet for just a week and could not help myself to stay away from fruit right from the beginning. I thought I was cheating with fruit but now I know this works for some people. God Bless for doing this video. ❤

Erm, I think you can can avocado and olives on this way of eating, as they’re both fruits.
It’s the stems, leaves and seeds of plants you avoid.
Avocado and olives are good to go and a great way to mix up the savoury aspect of the diet 👍🏼

I started doing it, definitively some grapes in the morning give me enough energy to work, then I grab a portion of melon and after doing skateboarding I grab some pears. and 1 hour and half or so, I take my dinner, meat as a protein and some potatoes. It is working well for me, so far.

i find this diet this easiest (for me) because the food actually taste good! i love fruit and i love meat. when i tried to do plant based i just couldn’t stick to it because i didn’t find it appealing or tasty

I’ve just started eating this way but I do have coconut and avocado, much like Paul Saladino’s style. I had to unlearn a lot to start to eat fruit again as I was always a bit carb phobic from doing years of keto. Tried carnivore a couple of times but I felt like I was in a food prison and would end up craving junk food. This diet isn’t like that at all for me. I find it so simple and easy to follow.
