Woman gives birth to baby boy outside Howard County hospital

There was a special delivery in the parking lot of Howard County General Hospital Monday evening. Derejew Tessema rushed his wife to the hospital while she was in labor, but they didn't quite make it inside. Baby Baroch, just three days old, already has quite a story to tell.
