People have come up with some pretty unusual ways to get rid of wasps and hornets! One guy placed a glass of gasoline under a wasp nest, and the toxic fumes overwhelmed their respiratory systems, causing them to fall into the gasoline and die. Another person used brake cleaner, spraying it directly into the nest, which suffocated the hornets. Someone else used spray foam, sealing up the nest and suffocating the hornets inside. And then there’s the guy who loaded a cannon with black powder and Seven Dust (without a projectile), strapped it to an excavator bucket, and blasted a hornet’s nest in a tree.
