In my yard, they sometimes fight with the bees. They use their beaks like swords to poke and swipe the bees mid-air. Love it!

Actually, I'm most impressed with the cameras ability to slow down and record the images such that we humans can follow the movement of these tiny creatures.

The bird after signalling used the force of the air from his wings to gently persuade the wasp around at a safe distance. Terrific footage

So cool! I love how the hummingbird was able to out-maneuver the wasp so effortlessly, and also how they both actually watched each other as the wasp flew off.
