Oh here comes the arrogant doctor again. My dad was a neurosurgeon, my older daughter is doing her post graduate studies in an Ivy League school in Massachusetts. My childhood best friend has his mom and dad physicians, his sister and brother are also physicians and none of the aforementioned individuals exhibit such arrogance as this dentist who acts like a narcissist.

He leads with his title which is not a good thing when trying to find a love interest. This is NOT a professional/work setting, thus there was no reason to introduce himself as Dr. The host was going to ask him what he did for a living. At that point he could have stated he was a physician.
