How to REMOVE YouTube Subscriptions ⚡️⚡️EVEN FASTER⚡️⚡️

Learn how to QUICKLY unsubscribe from all the YouTube channels you DONT watch.

This video is actually an update to a tutorial I created last year.

The first thing I did in that video was to show the audience where to go to find out how many YouTube channels they were subscribed to. At the time I figured most people would discover they had racked up a few hundred subscriptions over the years. What surprised me was how many people reported being subscribed to THOUSANDS or HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of channels. This leads me to believe that some form of malware/adware is making people unknowingly subscribe to a 💩 ton of channels.

Have more than 100 Subs? Use this Google Chrome Extension to WIPE THEM OUT!
IMPORTANT WARNING: I am VERY hesitant to recommend Chrome extensions due to the number of malicious extensions that Google has done a very poor job of controlling (IMHO). One of the things this extension can do is it can read your web browser history. That is why I recommend clearing your browser history before running it. Then, install it, run it, and UNINSTALL IT. Now you'll just need to resubscribe to the channels you actually watch.... starting with this one ☝️😊

How many channels were you subscribed to? If it is a CRAZY number be sure to also list what is your primary web browser (I have a feeling we're going to discover a lot of Chrome users are the ones with a TON of subscriptions).

I still have no idea how many subs i have. I don't have a sidebar like you show. All i have is a hamburger menu - subscriptions link - page that offers these options: Manage (goes to a page with the insanely long list of active subs... you can turn them off one at a time...) or the option of GRID or LIST. I suppose you tried, but zero help for me.

I went to do this tonight (August 2023) and it didn’t work, I started searching and I think they’ve intentionally done away with it. I was able to get to the ‘start button’ on the YT extension in which instead of being thrilled to see all the subs go to unsubscribe … it did nothing but tell me there was nothing to unsubscribe… while I was looking at over 500 subs, I’ve spent the entire day messing with this to no avail… Im thinking deleting the entire account and starting again is probably the solution. Its awful how disorganized YT can be. If anyone reads this and knows if they rendered the YT removal useless PLEASE LET ME KNOW! What a waste of a day…. 🤬

Thanks very much for this information. I was quite frustrated by not being able to unsubscribe using my iPad especially after I discovered how many channels I had subscribed to ! Actually I don’t remember visiting many of the sites. I used the app on my iPhone and was able to finally delete the subscriptions.
