Health: Challenges Disabled People Face

Many people who have disabilities, both visible and invisible face a variety of challenges in their everyday lives not only in South Africa but throughout the world. Disabled people are starved of services, often live in isolation and are deprived of education and employment. Individuals with disabilities are also faced with stigma and discrimination from the society where they live.
