Time & Date is not shown in the menu if the car has navigation system.
It will then set automatically via satellite connection.
This does not work anymore due to a software error.
You can remove Battery (-) and reconnect at exactly 12am (yes, high noon) then at least clock is correct while date is still wrong

our display on our 2006 b class is not very illuminous so we cant see the diff sub menus any idea why? has a bulb gone/fuse etc?

Perfect, clear demo! My time is now correct! I also found I can set the mirrors to fold automatically when locking the car! Now, if there is any way to show the speed in mph instead of km/h, I’m sorted!!?
