Thanks for the review Mike! Super helpful content as always 🙏 The previous model was a total mess. I got both toe pinkies destroyed from the lack of padding. Read it was a common complaint among riders. I actually sold the fusion 5 with the pads due to disappointment 😢
Maybe time to retry these pads with this new released version cause they look sweet ❤

Have you tried the CONCEPT X Pro DLX/ X on the Carved Imperator? My favorite setup sofar!

Hey Mike great video once again. I use Unions on my Carved and find them far less comfortable than the North Entity pads. I am glad Core added the side ridge on the outside but the cushion under the adjustable portion still doesn’t seem to go down far enough to protect the foot from the plastic that hurts your pinky toe.

Replication of success is the biggest compliment. The first brand with this concept was Duotone with the NTT ergo pads / straps. Then North. Now Core jumped on this train - for good reason. No doubt! 💪🏻👏🏼

I don't like raised side ridges on straps cuz if you land on them it can hurt. Some straps like Duotone have hard tabs and I've landed on them bruising the bottom of my foot. I wait for Comfort straps 6. Core always adds durability and corrects problems through iterations.

The core comfort is just rebranded of cheaper straps, really do not like the extreme pricing of a product just because they put the core logo on. Check out the concept x if you pads are breaking half off replacements compared to the exact same pad from core even same print on the pad. Btw i ride the comfort.
