I was planning to get a rental on an interest only mortgage to maximise monthly cash flow but was under the impression that lenders aren't giving that out due to the pandemic. As well as needing bigger deposits.

Great video, to be honest to have 5 BTL properties in the South East by 30 I find utterly astonishing, given the price of property there. I’m guessing they’re quite heavily leveraged - either that or you won the lottery!
