In Sweden you are actually supposed to ride your bike on the sidewalk. I never understood why some countries have cyclists go on the road made for cars. That's crazy. That's just asking for a bad accident!
Cyclist hits pedestrian. Goes bump. You apologize, then everyone is fine.
But when car hits cyclist. Broken bones. Blood everywhere. Nobody is fine...

Yeah I feel that, my job is up a hill, so in the morning I'll always come to work all hot and sweaty from the trek up the hill. And the winter doesn't make it any better since I have to compensate for the cold while I'm not walking uphill. So summer and winter, I'm always sweaty when I get to work from the exercise of walking uphill. (The bus stops right next to the hill)

Pretty sure it's, technically, mandatory for cyclists to use the sidewalk if there's one available instead of the road in some places, let alone a bike lane.

And some of the mouth breathers around my parts still block traffic riding on the street when there's like a 2m wide bike lane next to them, smh.
