*You forgot to mention that when it gets too old, it ignites itself in a flash of fire and from the ashes arises a baby eagle, ready to rule the skies again.*

By the time they're around 1000 years old, eagles begin showing signs of brain deterioration, so they decapitate themselves and grow a new head to rule the skies once again.

Put the bong down son, go take a walk in the fresh air, you'll be okay 😂

For those confused, this is basically a myth, because first of all ripping off your wings is like ripping off your arms (unless you’re a reptile or amphibian) so basically clipping the feathers of a bird’s wings won’t harm it but there’s a certain point where it will and won’t regrow (which is also why you should be careful while clipping a bird’s wings) so an eagle’s wings won’t regrow if it’s past the feathers and for the beak they won’t regrow either, it also won’t purposely break its wings or beak so

This is the exact reason why you should always take things you see on the internet with a grain of salt

You forgot to mention eagles reproduce this way. New eagles can grow from the shattered beak fragments.

By age 60-65 most eagles suffer heart failure thus forcing them to remove their heart with their newly grown sharp beak. After several months of bleeding to death, a new heart grows.

For those confused, This is an urban myth with no basis in reality.

In fact, like all birds, an eagle’s feathers are individually periodically molted and replaced. The keratin covering on an eagle’s beak is constantly growing and wearing down at the end, much like our fingernails. Same for the claws - the ends wear down, and more keratin constantly grows to replace it. There is no point where an eagle would intentionally break, shed and regrow its beak or talons.

That's exactly how *_Mighty_* *_Eagle_* could fly again

It doesn't actually rip out it's wings, it goes through a process called molting, if it actually ripped of it's wings from bone it wouldn't be able to fly, ever again.

You forgot to say that by the age of 6347 years old, the eagles can divide themselves through mitosis, and after a few days, millions of them are ready to rule the skies again.

As an ornithology student (I literally study birds), this is fake. Eagles typically live up to 30 years, and don't have the option to increase their lifespan. They don't break their beaks on purpose, only by accident, and they naturally sharpen it (the same as every bird, by rubbing it on something, even humble canaries do this, and you can hardly notice if they bite you). They also have no need to rip their wings off, because they molt. Every moulting season, some feathers fall off, and regrow. It occurs in a patten where they're fit to fly throughout

At the age of 247 years the eagle gets a gun and hunts other birds until 4 of July then it grows guns on its head and wings and can hold a small McDonald’s restaurant on its back and there ready to rule the sky’s again
