The main difference between this model and the previous Pro is that battery tech, now a dual cell setup, although that also means the capacity has reduced from 5000mAh to just 4500mAh. Still plenty to make it through a busy day thankfully. The camera sensor is again a 108MP Samsung HM2 on the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus, but the photo results are often closer to the regular Note 11 rather than the Pro. Here's a side-by-side test with all three Xiaomi phones.

As for gaming, Genshin Impact fans will need to bag one of the more expensive smartphones, although the regular Note can still play PubG, Call of Duty etc. And while most of the rest of the specs are similar, from the AMOLED display tech to the stereo speaker setup, there are differences between this trio.

Hi, so anyone viewing this dated unboxing of the Note 11 Pro+ I can confirm that in the UK at least, this device is updated to Mui 13 & Android 12. The plug is also a UK plug, I bought both the device & headphones from their UK website. Saving around £100 for an 8gb of ram device in Forest Green & free headphones included.

Dimensity 920 has advantages over Snapdragon 695 such as more video recording options 1080 60 fps and 4k. Graphics settings unlocked in games. And HDR video play back on apps like youtube and Netflix.

@techspurt if you scroll down in developer options and tap on "reset to default values" 4-5 times an option appears under it to "turn on MIUI optimizations". If you turn this off, the Always On Display stays always on instead of 10 seconds

Ordered this one in the color you show. Bought it just for the color and design. Wanted flat edges and a dark green color. The plus is the camera and charging. Coming from a Huawei Mate 9 Pro who has done it's job really good.

MIUI 13 is being rolled out here in the UK, well for the Poco X3 Pro anyway as I got it over the weekend and really regret updating lol So hopefully MIUI 13 for other phones should be rolling out in the UK very soon.

Together with your helpful and amusing advice, I narrowed down my shortlist of 12 phones to the T11 Pro by about 2am. By 9am the next day, it jumped from £449 to £549, an hour later it was £649. Two days in, no change, so back to my list.... looking like the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus! It's currently about £369. Do you think the 11T Pro is worth the extra 300 sovs???

I purchased the Note 11 Pro 5G here in Baku (8GB RAM 128GB ROM) for about $630 CDN (approximately £400). I won't buy a cellphone that does not have microSD slot and 3.5mm headphone jack.

Pro us 5g has advantages, more video recording options and better speakers and a bigger screen. They claim it's the same size but even in this video you can clearly see a difference. Are the differences worth what will likely be a massive jump in price and likely won't be released in high street shops? If it's out in store when I go out toward the end of the month then yes I'll get the pro plus but the pro has a bigger battery.
