Great video. Similar good experience with BA Premium Economy. Honest question. The "handy" coat hook - has anyone on earth ever actually used it? Not viable for takeoff and landing. And would require a wire hanger to actually fit on the latch, which nobody has and probably isn't allowed. What coat would this hook actually be handy for?

I've had to fly BA a total of 4 or 5 times. On each of those flights I experienced the best service but the worst food. I avoid flying them, if I can help it.

It's a shame that BA don't offer an afternoon tea as a second service in premium economy on Westbound flights to the USA.

Arrival snack looked bad but the United Airline's waffle, egg and sausage sandwich still haunts me to this day - months later 🤮

Virgin Premium is better in my opinion. This snack for Premium is bad.
