Slowing aging=No alcohol, no tabaco, eating fruit and vegetables, no meat, and move a lot(walking, jogging, cycling).And remove stress🙏

Hey michio u are the kind of people our younger generations need to listen to, instead of our corroding intelligence among our ranks as human beings. I pray that soon our society turns to intelligence and reason and rewards it promptly. Instead of people who spend they're time listening to intelligence polluting filth that corrupts our society. I have alot of respect for you l. Keep it up!

Much more detailed than just doing one thing. Note it takes a lot to keep your auto running. 1. keeping your telomeres long is just one. A diet with very rich omega 3 has shown to even increase your telomere length. 2, oxidants made in the mitochondria are damaging, this is why calorie restriction works well because the mitochondria down regulate and produce less oxidants. Glutathione is the natural human antioxidant. Cysteine is a sulfur containing aminoacid. This is the rate limiting component of this antioxidant. I've been eating 30% more for almost 90 years now. Had I known to eat 30% less I'd be 120 right now.
