Your body just forget what they need to be, we consume drug hoping body doing automatically, when in fact the body needs information, needs instruction. We as consciousness are the masters. That's why when we are afraid then our heart also beats fast.

People subconsciously think that the body is walking on its own, and consciousness is walking on its own. we all think that when we are sad, angry, depressed for months then it has no effect on the body. or when we are not depressed anymore then everything returns to normal. no, your body has forgotten how to make healthy cells, it needs to be instructed by meditating and imagining a healthy life, imagining how to do activities with a healthy body.
