You can get a dynamax pokemon from the encounter if there is a gigantimax Pokémon in the spot, just look at the tutorial question mark thing, it’ll say that

In my opinion, Niantic will continues ignore the players difficulties from rurals, suburbans and cities to hold a group raid, so more harder max raid boss introduces in future maybe level 10 Eternamax Eternatus max raid during Pokemon Festival 2025 toughest raid battle all the time!!!

Second toughest and toughest raid in gym is level 7 Master Raid!!! The raid boss will be 18 type Mythical Arceus!!! Sounds Powerful!!!
This Master Raid will be invincible even though had 20 players battle the raid boss together if they don't have a good strategies. This is Pokemon Festival 2026 raid Pokemon.
