Loved it!!! Julia, you're the best. I haven't seen anyone find the right balance in mobility videos that combine all the aspects so well. It's challenging, but not impossible. It's not just stretching, but yet it's not a strength workout. Big fan.

Amazing flow, specially the plow and combat base flow is so similar to jiu jitsu. Thank you so much Julia for this extended primal flow workout. My grappling game is becoming better and efficient everyday because of your mobility sessions .

Between all the dogs needing attention, it took me an hour to make it through this, and I loved every minute. The wrists are a touch sore and in need of a bit more mobility and stretch (and obviously more time in primal flows), and the rest of me is feeling excellent. Danke Julia. You are awesome!
