So basically you shouldn’t take two scoops unless you want your heart to pumping fast as hell and feel like death on your workout

I stand corrected on this comment I looked at the label wrong. Two scoops is 350, that’s still plenty of caffeine.

Dude, super bio freak 2.0 has 13g of citruline malate. That shit was so ridiculous it affected my sleep for 2 months. It was less of a pre workout and more of a medical dose of speed.

Gentlemen, unless you're a freak athlete and you know what you're doing, with how you handle your body, don't go for it. And if you do, it's called Ryse Energy: Godzilla. You make DAMN SURE you scrape the top off the scoop with a knife

5G of creatine monohydrate is the daily dose to use for lifters. But there have been studies that show 3g is enough and any more the progress plateaus and you’re just increasing you’re heart rate and risking a heart attack (someone’s already died from dry scooping pre).

The only serious thing is caffeine. As someone who was an idiot and tried all pre-workout products everything there is fine it won't hurt u short term but that caffeine will fuck u up real good. Honestly all u need is creatine arginin and citrulin

For people who don’t know caffeine is 500mg when the proper dosages are 200-400, anything above can be dangerous

It is two scoops and it has less than 400mg of caffeine.
You may not want to take 2 scoops back to back if you are not tolerant to B ALa but else it is legal in the US.
Would be illegal to take 2 scoops in EU.

With scoup portion are not regular. You can take the equal ammount every time. That because i prefer pack.
