I have a lot of respect for her Mom, the grandmother. Taking her child to court to teach her a lesson and to open her eyes to the fact that shes a neglectful mother. She should be paying more than $803 to her mother.

Thats a damn shame gotta to go to court to get money to raise your grandchild. Thats cheap. If her mother wasnt taking care of her child. Day care plus daily food/ diapers, etc cost a hella lot more. She got off easy.

If my daughter did that to me, sure I’d be happy to take care of my grandkids, but I’d expect payment if it were any longer than a week. I feel like a week constitutes a visit to grandmas, but any longer is living with grandma

The entitlement is just mind boggling. This spoiled child is convinced grandma should foot the bill as well as do all the work. Just because she's mom. I would've never thought to expect my mother to foot the bill. Or even do all the work. This girl is essentially a grown child.
