My child lived with me and I got child support. When he turned 12 or 13 I sent him to live with Dad. He wasn’t listening and dropped out of school. I then paid his Dad Child support.

If the mother does not have custody of the children she should be paying the full amount of child support that anybody should have to pay according to their pay
It is an abomination of any judge rules that a dad has to pay child support but the mother does not if she's keeping custody of her children and taking care of them that would be the only reason she shouldn't have to pay a child support but she still should pay money out of her income to take care of her own children and not neglect their own children
