BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE recipe ever 🥀🍫 you’ll love this!!

Ingredients
•1 Egg ( room temp )
•1 cup Sugar
•1/4 cup oil
•vanilla
•1/2 cup instant coffee
•1 1/4 cups Flour
•1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
•1 tsp Baking Powder
•1 tsp Baking Soda
•Pinch of Salt
METHOD
•mix all the ingredients in a bowl make sure to sift the dry ingredients to avoid any lumps and do not over mix!
•pour the batter in a greased or parchment lined baking tin for better removal of the cake
•bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 30-40 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean ( baking time depends on your oven so keep checking if your cake is underbaked or over baked)
•let the cake cool completely and enjoy as is or you can make a simple chocolate ganache to top your cake
✨ganache recipe ✨
•4 tbsp cream
•80g chocolate
•splash of milk
METHOD
•make a double boiler by heating some water in a pot and placing a bowl inside it
•add the cream and heat it for a few mins
then add your chocolate and mix together till they’re melted
•remove from heat and stir vigorously till the ganache turns thick
•if it’s too thick you can add some milk to get a smooth consistency
