Asian guy here, badly pressured to have an arranged marriage years ago. After a lot of arguments with my parents I'm now in my 50s and very happily single. Many of my asian male friends are divorced and broken. I regret nothing.

About 20 years ago, I had a female friend (no, really, just a friend) and two of her kids drop by my place. As we walked through the kitchen, the 5-year-old asked, "Why is your bicycle in the kitchen?" My immediate reply was, "Because I'm not married." The kid was too young to understand, but the mom laughed loudly. She knew!

You can marry the RIGHT woman, and find out later she's the WRONG one when she changes due to hormonal changes, postpartum, menopause, headmeds, etc.

Please don't do it guys! The moment I agreed to marry the abusive monster, I had this sudden feeling I was being sent to prison. I couldn't shake that feeling, ever. To this day, I can't believe I was so stupid to stick myself to, that, thing, who quite honestly, I never liked from day one! I was 35, single my entire life and loved it! Why did I do it? Pressure from my married and miserable friends, time to settle down and have kids, she was pretty, she charmed me with her fakeness, all that utter bs nonsense. I held it off as long as possible, she wanted to get married after only knowing me 3 months. I held off 2 years, she threatened to leave me daily unless I married her, unfortunately she never left and I stupidly gave in. Now 10 years later, stuck in a 6 year million dollar litigation and custody battle in the corrupt court system with greedy divorce attorneys. By far the absolute worst mistake I will ever make in my entire life! I never realized how great my life was before I met the monster. Lord help us all.

You are an absolute life saver. My Divorce became official yesterday.

Your videos have helped me realize my worth, my dignity, my world view and my protectiveness of my most important and treasured things in my life.

My 8 year old son. Who unlike his mother inherited traits like empathy, respect, inner and outer awareness, intelligence, kindness, loyalty, trust, compassion, when and how to show emotion and when to even recognize the times not to show those emotions.

I am a proud father of a Boy who will become a great man. I couldn’t ask for a better mark to leave on his future, and the world at large.

Man i am a female and this speaks to me. I was the main bread winner, i paid the bills, i cleaned the house, i put my hobbies on the backburner, i gave him sex at 2am whenever he wanted eventhough i had to wake up at 4am to work a 12hr shift, the man didnt even let me get a decent amount of sleep reguarly. I encouraged him and supported him thru school and a new career, i picked up the slack so he could focus on his goal. When it was time for me to go back to school i had no support, i had to drop classes cuz he wouldnt even feed the kids for me, so i could work on my papers. I paid him out in the divorce. This is a great video that goes both ways. Some men act like women. I would never get married again either, freedom is sweet.

John, I married the wrong woman. My only joy from my marriage was my children. They are the only bright part of my marriage. Yes, 1000x yes, buyers remorse indeed!

I'm one of the only single (and divorced) guys in my entire development. And I'm also the only guy in my neighborhood with a new sports car. (C8 HTC) I recently ran into one of my elderly neighbors and he said that I needed to get married. I asked why? And he said, because I look too happy. Lol.

Worst mistake of my life: got married and stayed miserable for 10 years with an evil woman!
Best thing I’ve ever done: got divorced, gathered myself back and conquered my freedom.
14 years later, I’m the best version of myself!

I will never provide financial support to someone who is fully capable of providing it for themselves. This is not the 1950's. I'm not anyone's slave. 44 years old, never married, no kids, and have spent my life travelling and doing whatever I want, whenever I want. I'm not giving my freedom up for anyone!

First marriage ended in divorce because I fell for the model looks and body, second marriage I found a woman that shares the same values as myself and she's a plain Jane and to be honest, I've been happy for the last 20 years. It takes 2 people guys to make a marriage work.

What’s been the most valuable thing about finding this channel is that its made me take a step back and take women off the pedestal. My whole life I did that and it’s why I was never looked at as more than a friend. I used to spend months depressed over not being able to attract anyone I liked, but man not anymore. Here I am at near 40, no kids, and realize if I would have got married to one of those women I adored in the past I would be living this very life you’re describing here. Thanks John for giving solid wisdom to the younger guys here! Means a lot! Cheers!

I’ve been happily divorced for 8 years. My male neighbors are all married men. I can literally see how jealous they are at some days.
