At 9:58 she does not include the main cause for a brering to overheat: loss, incorrect or unsufficient lubrication. Earlier at 1:19 she said witnesses will be "invited" to a rare investigative field hearing they are going to have locally. Does that mean only "selected" witness are invited and witnesses can decline the invitation and not show up - just like the railroad company has done so far. At first she seems very transparent, but there are some clues that the NTSB may be going easy on the company.
