Ok so after hearing the entire video you have a license therefore you have agreed to follow the California vehicle code. They don't need an injured party for vehicle code infractions. Injured parties come into play with breaking a law. You are correct when you say you don't have to register however the fact you have a driver's license places you in the statutory jurisdiction of the police and traffic courts. Continue researching!

You have more research to do don't stop just yet. There does not have to be an injured party with vehicle code infractions. Thats combining break a law with violating a statute. Now if you have not signed an agreement to be party to the vehicle code (drivers license agreement) it can not be enforced apon you.

Im fighting this same thing in California. They towed my truck. Illegally searched and siezed after breaking into it locked after i envoked my 4th amendment right.

I do agree you should have a license, because a 5 year old could get in the car & drive the vehicle without a license. I do not agree on Registration of your car, because once you register the car then the police can take your car off you .

What about the yearly tag renewals sticker that is required to be put on the plates, how do you send back your suspended license and do we still have the right to travel without insurance?

This only proves you snowed a cop. The constitution protects our freedom to move freely but it does not grant the right to drive a 4000 lb machine on a public road. The 10th amendment covers all of this, read it for your edification
