Rep Fitness Open Trap Bar Review

An in-depth review of the new Open Trap Bar from Rep Fitness. This bar comes with a lot of options and modularity. I look forward to seeing what Rep Fitness does with future options. Different handles, probably. Collar lengths? Probably not (but it would be space saving and home gym friendly).

Thank you for your honest and detailed video. I have been researching the open trap bars and couldn't make a clear choice until your video. Happy Gainz 👍🤘👌🤙

Great Review. I ordered my Rep Trap Bar last week and should have it in a couple of days.
I considered a Kabuki and a Prime, but the Rep looks to be better for half the price.
Stay Strong!!

Which wrench did you use to tighten bolts? I went to Home Depot twice and both didn't fit in ridiculously small space to tighten nuts.

Goodmorings, sit-ups on bench, weighted hypers, pullovers, bent over rows in multiple positions, upright rows, curls, JM press, the list goes on!

Neutral grip OHP and BP with handles attached. Your first time benching however your head lifts off bench with bare bar and less so with 25s - it should get easier quickly.

In person this bar is huge or the size is ok for a classic home gym room ? Thanks 😉

Nice review! Do you feel the camber is large enough to allow a 6ft tall person to do split squats?

Too expensive IMO, it should be no more than 250.00 dollars.
