$400k buys you a fixer upper dump in a neighborhood where car break ins and gunfire are common at night. If you want to live in a safe neighborhood plan on spending at least $650k for a home.

as long as air force academy is in CO spgs, i dont see it becoming all that blue buddy, if it is an outdoorsman paradise, than how much of those outdoorsman are liberal? probably 5 percent, make a little more since man

It was just as pricey as Denver last year but now, I see about 200k price difference. That is tempting. Denver metro is just ridiculous.

Starter single family homes in Denver are no less than $500 and those are dumps, if you can find it. 600-700 for anything habitable. Similar dumps seem to be about $350 in Colorado Springs, it seems low 400k is the habitable range.

I know lot's of Californians ourselves included, that have moved or are going to move to Colorado Springs and are voting Trump. If enough of us show up we will save you from yourself.
